Gig on the Green hailed a great success

Following the Gig on the Green last Saturday (21st July 2007), the band have been buzzing.  Mark wants to make next year's event a 2 day event (yeah right!).

Phil Upton, who was our guest drummer for the night (www.blindboys.co.uk) wants to do it all again - although I am not sure he has fully recovered after Mark dissed his drum solo mid-song and made him do it again!.

Phil Biggs (our guest lead guitarist) was mightily impressed in the way we made it all up as we went along!

Many thanks to the two Phils for their help on the night and hopefully they have enough of the Trigger bug to make this a more permanent feature in the North
